Printing to HP 4V from Release 14 without a parallel port

    I recently got a new laptop without a parallel port. I want to print
    to my HP 4V printer using Autocad Release 14. When I try this the
    software is smart enough to realize that there is no LPT1 on my
    computer, therefore it won't let me configure the printer.

    Is there a work around so that I can print to a USB port? Can I buy a
    cable that will convert parallel to USB and will that fool the Autocad
    software in to believing that there's a parallel port attached to my
    computer?
