Printing Solid Hatch

    Hi, since we upgraded to version 2004, our solid hatch is not printing completely solid to our HP5000 (using Win XP and 2000 and the PCL 5e driver).

    It displays properly in the Full Preview but comes out with streaks of solid missing.

    Any thoughts?

    Ink full? Printhead in good shape?

    How does the plotters "test plot" look? Maybe a hardware problem with the plotter?

    If you change the print quality at the plotter does the problem change or go away?
