printing gets cut off 2 inches

    I have a problem printing being cut off last 2 inches when I print drawing on 12"x18" paper on HP deskjet 9650.

    Full previews look fine, but it happens for certain layout tabs, while the rest of tabs being printed fine on the same file.

    I'm using Architectural desktop 2004 on Windows 2000.
    512MB memory on computer, 16MB memory on printer. I deleted all the temporary files and hard drive has 28GB free. But cut off still happens.

    What can I do to fix it?
