Printing Dimension Arrowheads

    I have had problems with arrowheads printing as rectangles. I particularly
    have trouble with dimensions doing this. If I explode the dimensions the
    rectagle moves to another instance of dimension.

    The instances I have had problems with have all been in printing paper space
    with an viewport showing a xref in model space. Not that I expect that to
    make a difference in the answer.

    Should I just make a habit of exploding all my dimensions?

    As far as I can tell it is all files. It only seems to happen in files with
    a lot of blocks or dimensions. Now that I think about it the most recent
    file had more than 3100 LDD points inserted.
