printing CTB file settings

    Is there a way to get a print out of your CTB file settings? Basically,
    when I view the properties of the CTB file, I can view either Table or Form
    view...can those be printed? I see no option to print the list.

    How do you get this to work? I downloaded the ZIP file, extracted it, and
    was told it was missing about 10 DLL files. After finding and downloading
    said DLL files, now I can't select a CTB file (the field next to "select
    CTB" is grayed out, and the button saying "Select" can't be pressed. Any
    ideas? Am I doing something wrong?

    Tableprint8 is for AutoCAD2004; for 2000i and 2002 you need Tableprint7
