My autocad 2004 reinstallation has been done in network(5pcs). When I pick the plot command , it take long time to display the plot dialog box. before dialog box come the following message appear -
    Autocad warning :The following shortcut in the plottersearch were invalid and ignored:\document and settings\all users\desktop\auto turn 4 for autocad map 2000.lnk\document and settings\all users\start menu\programmes\australian personal dictionary\acrobat reader v5.lnk\document and settings\all users\start menu\programmes\australian personal dictionary\visual basic v6 .............

I say OK for this. Then come the dialog box after long time.
Could you please help me to fix this problem.

  2. Search this newsgroug (I think it was this one) and there was a thread about
a 2005 bug where every change in the dialog box caused it to repopulate the
plot styles list and really slowed things down.

It looks like your plot styles path is set to the root of the networks so
it's searching through all of the subdirectories for the ctb and stb files.
It will also search each shortcut it finds that points to a folder and all
    subfolders there also.

Double check your plot style path or test it by changing the path to the
local drive to a location where there are no subfolders and see if that
    speeds it up.
