Printers and automatically choosing

    Our company runs AutoCAD 2002, and we are all becoming frustrated with
    it. How can you tell it not to save the printer information with the
    drawing? I am running Windows XP home and my boss runs Windows 98 SE,
    and we cannot get the same name for the printer, so it is always set
    to the wrong one when we want to print. One system needs a slash in
    the printer name and the other won't allow it.

    What can I do to resolve this other than switching to a different cad
    system?
