print bitonal

    I use tiff or jpg images as background (civil facilities planning) quite a bit and it
    always works fine.
    However, I have a scanned sketch image that is a bitonal image that does not print in
    AutoCAD.
    How can I make it print? No image adjust character as it is "bitonal."
    In the print dialog full preview, the image shows up but the actual print does not show
    the image?
    I can print the image from image viewer just fine - but not from AutoCAD.
    Thanks for any help.
