Post R14 Enhancement or ?

    Why is it that with all releases after R14 when you are performing a modify
    or edit command (mirror or erase, etc.) and you zoom in during the
    operation, those objects outside the "final" zoom window are removed from
    the selection set?

    AFAIK, it's been that way since Ver1.4.

    By golly you're right! It does the same thing in 14. I wonder why it does
    this on some commands and not others? It sure is a pain if you're working in
    a "crowded" drawing.

    Zoom in for the first point, then out for the last.

    It will select only the stuff it "sees" at the execution of the selection set, when the "enter" is hit to close the selection loop. Those elements not currently visible will not be selected.
