pop-up menu on accelerator key

    I would like the call the osnap popup menu with the numpad 0 key. How can I
    do that

    I don't think it's wise to do it with just the 0 key. but in a combination
    (control+0) is what I would use. - look up accellerators like Dean
    suggested for more info.
