polyline lineweight

    I have drawings with a lots of polylines, 0 width, on certain color that suppose to give me heavy lines when I plot. But, it comes out light unless I explode them. What is the reason behind this ? Any variables I should change ? Thanks.
    By the way, I use ctb for plotting.
