    hello,

For a pod capacitor, which terminal is preferred to be the stable one?
At what voltage, vdd or gnd?
    PLUS terminal: polygate
MINUS terminal : buried N region
WELL/SUBSTRATE: high voltage substrate that should be grounded via guard ring.

The pod capacitors is used as decoupling capacitor.

    Thank you
    Frank
