When I generate a PLT file for a 30x42" sheet and then view it in 'View
Companion' I only see the extents of the lines. I do not see the full sheet
    size.

When I send this to our plotter it's not a problem, but a client it printing
it to his plotter and it is cutting the paper about 2" short.

I have created our PLT files in 2 different methods. One using our Xerox
driver, and another referencing a DJ650 driver. He has problems with both.

    1. Is the paper size information included in a PLT file?
    2. What is the best method for generating a generic PLT output file?

  2. The PLT file is only meant to go to the specific plotter that it was created
for so typically I think they do only embed the printable area information.
There sometimes is paper and margin dimensions in it but overall the plt
(hpgl and hpgl/2) format was never meant for viewing and plotting to other
printers or plotters. Each plotter manufacturer tweaks the format to get
the best output for their specific plotter in the fastest time. Try DWF or
    PDF instead.
