PLOTUPDATE.EXE

    I am trying to run plotupdate.exe on Acad 2000 on Windows 2000 PRO.

    I get an error:

    Path is read-only: k:\AC 2000

    which is the directory where acad 2000 is installed.

    Any suggestions to get around this error.

    I expect the error (AutoCAD 2000) I received was because the update had been
    previously installed.

    AutoDesk has a paper listing three ways to determine if the update has been
    installed. It lists several files that need to be in certain directories.

    I have the files in my directories so the update was installed.
