Plotting Views Problem

    I create views all throughout my drawings. Everytime I try to plot from the view I get this error message when I select a view and hit the preview button.

    layout has an invalid hardcopy configuration.

    It then takes me back to the plot dialog box and then AutoCAD Shuts down. Any ideas would be very helpful.
