Plotting to Oce 9300

We have recently had the firmware for our Oce 9300 plotter updated. Now when we want to plot A1 drawings we have to set the page up as A0 portrait, plot upside down, plot offset x=16.16, y=16.16. Sending a plot as an A1 causes the plotter to hang and stops the rest of the company plotting.
This does not just occur with LT2004 users but also LT2000 & LT2000i. Does anybody know why this is? These instructions came from Oce directly but I can't believe that this is the only way to plot an A1 drawing. Please help!

What driver you are using, Hdi or system printer? Was that ony the f/w of oce9300 change?

All problems solved now. The powers that be saw fit to purchase a new plotter!
This now works perfectly with AutoCAD when plotting to the pc3 file but cuts the edges off A0 drawings when using the Windows system driver. Brilliant.
