Plotting to HP DesingJet 800PS

    Having a problem when plotting to a HP DesignJet 800 PS plotter. When using a standard drawing size, the plot comes out perfect. When using a custom drawing size, the left most 4-5 inches of the drawing is not there. It's as if the plotter did not print anything...there's 4-5 inches of blank paper, and then the rest of the plot shows up fine. We are running Autodesk Map 3D, with both service packs installed. I have also installed the latest drivers for the plotter. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try?
