plotting problem

    i have autocad 2004 and when you go to plot the drawing and preview it is in example landscape on portrait paper..cuts off the drawing..this only occurs on certain drawings..not all do this... i have 4 other workstations that are on same version and same plotter drivers and they do not do this..i have un-installed and re-installed the plotter and still get this problem..any suggestions would be great..thanks steve
    also i have tried this using the pc3 and the windows driver
    plotter is kip 2000
    os is windows xp pro
