Plotting popup on tool bar

I have checked and unchecked only show errors when plotting and still it
insists on popping up to tell me there where no errors?? How do I get
this to act the way it should?

On the far right of the status bar there is a small arrow, click it and
select Tray Settings..., then uncheck Display notifications from services.
Alternatively, you can check display time and then set a limited time for
the bubble to remain on screen. I have left mine at the default 5-seconds
and it works for me.
