Plotting on HP800 (not what is in the preview)

    He are having a problem with the actual plot size that come out of the
    plotter not matching what was in the preview. Example a 36x48 preview that
    looks just fine....comes out on that size paper when it is cut, but the
    image is only 30x30.

    Please help. This plotter is relatively new to us and we seem to have this
    problem often.

    Make sure you have the most recent driver. I had the same problem with my 800 until I updated the driver. It wouldn't retain the setup after preview.
