how do you get lambda and Kappa (u_nC_ox) of a transistor and plot it
against some sweep variable? Any suggestion will be helpful.

    Thanks

1-write your netlist, using the command :
    ed input.scs
2- run the simulation and type in the cadence prompt:
    getData( "Kappa")

But you can not get the lambda using SKILL. You will need SKILL++

Yes of course, Andrew. Do you find that an RTFM answer would be better
    humor ?
I guess cds takes already good enough care of academics that I can
afford these jokes , no ?

  5. It was just a bit oblique for me (since you can use lambdas in SKILL,
it wasn't correct either), and I didn't think that most readers would
recognise it as humour... especially not the original poster.

I've no problem with jokes - just try to make it a little more obvious
    when you are joking!

    Cheers,

    Andrew.
