plotting jpg locks up

    I have ACLT 2000i.

    It occasionally locks up when I try to plot "publish to web" - plotting to a
    *.jpg file. The only way to get it to plot is to completely reboot the
    computer.

    I've tried just about everything to figure out what is causing it be simply
    cannot pin anything down. Anyone else have this problem and found a
    solution?
