Plotting iso3098b text fault

    I have recieved a drawing with iso3098b text font in it that has changed some setting within 2004. Everytime now that I try to print a drawing that has this font, the E come out as 8 and B comes out with a line through them. this text font is our standard text in drawings. Since I have recieved this drawing it has also infected most of the autocads here in the factory. When plotting the preview looks fine but prints out with the fault. Does anyone know of any settings I can try to fix it. I have tried everything I know.
