Plotting file sizes

    We have 3 versions of Autocad 2002 on XP pro, P4, 512 Ram
    Sending a plot to HP 750c plotter file size for 1 No. computer is up to 3 times larger. This is the same for all drawings sent to the plotter. Plotter driver versions are the same - HP V4.63
    The same plot style is also used.
    What would cause this to occur?
