plotting dialogue window takes a long time to display

One of our users recently had a problem with her plotting dialogue window.
It took very long time for the plotting dialogue window to display when she
tried to print a drawing and sometimes AutoCAD crashed after hanging there
for ever. Following are some of the things we found out:

1.This seems to happen to only some drawings. When a new file is created, it
doesn't have the problem. On the other hand, the drawings have the problem
are fine on other people's stations.

2.This happened to both AutoCAD 2004 and 2000i since she had both installed
on her station.

3.When user launched AutoCAD, it sometimes took very long time for AutoCAD
to create a new file and we even had to kill the program and relaunch it.
