plotting 2006

    coming from 2000i & migrating to 2006.. what's the trick to plotting
    monochrome or gray scale? the option is gone from the plot page.

    The trick to be able to get the drawings as you want is to use named
    plot styles instead of color-dependent plot style.
    The ctb and stb file selection have been moved to page setup.
