First - Is the newsgroup discontinued for that subject?

    Second.
I am struggeling with the plotter setup.
I set it in Windows to do Landscape
Set it in AutoCAD to do landscape in custom properties.
Try to get landscape in the plotter setup and one of them jumps back to
    portrait.

Anybody has any wise words about this?

Think of the landscape selection as rotating the drawing 90%%d. two
landscape settings rotates the plot 180%%d. I don't think that this is
really true, but it makes it easier to understand why the windows setting
should remain at portrait and let AutoCAD handle the selection.

    Thanks Dean and Bruce.

I was trying to get the office set up so that everybody has the same paper
    sizes and orientation.

Our plotter (HP designjet 500) also can do 36" or 42" wide paper. Usually
there is 36" paper in it.

I think I found the problem.
I set the Windows plotter to portrait.
Erased the pmp and pc3 files and started from scratch.

The pmp file only seems to keep the margin settings as fas as I can see.

I hope Autocad LT 2004 is not too much different, we probably will be
    switching pretty soon.
