plotter: green light stop on "Error"

    company have an old plotter, hp designjet 350c. Today, when I transfered
    two files to plot, it just stoped in the middle. No matter what I do like
    power on and off, the Error light is always there. The plotter looks no
    response at all.

    What is your suggetion for this disaster?

    This is urgent,
