Plotscale

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by Martin Bundgaard, Apr 26, 2004.

  1. Hey group.

Anyone know how to reduce/controle the number of plotscales displayed in
AutoCad LT 2004, while plotting and wanting to change plotscale.
I only use a few of the predesigned scales, and it is annoying me having to
scroll through a large number of scales seldom used, to find the few ones I
    use the most.
Are the predefined plotscales defined in a editable file, or do I just have
to live with them, until Autodesk might see the problem ?

If you utilize paper space, only one (1) plot scale is needed - 1'0" = 1'0"
    or 1:1

  3. Yes OK I know that, and I use paperspace most of the time, but rather often
I have to make a plot from modelspace, and when I want to change the
plotscale, I get about 30 or 35 predefined plotscales to chose from - half
of them i inches, which I never use -, and it is all these options I want to
be able to reduse or control by myself.
