We just installed ADT 2004. Every time we send a plot, it comes out either rotated 90 degrees, or oriented correctly but with about half of the drawing cut off (way more than what could be affected by margins). Also, regardless of which way the drawing plots, the plotter spits out about another 16" of paper beyond the "inked area" before trimming. With ADT 2000, I was able to plot perfectly laid out 24x36 sheets with no trimming necessary. I have tried every rotation/landscape/portrait/calibration option I can think of and have wasted an enormous amount of paper in the process. We are running Windows XP and have an HP DesignJet 800ps. Any ideas out there? Our conversion to ADT2000 plotting was a nightmare, I'd love to avoid having to go through that again this time around. Thanks!
