Plots not using paper size

    Hello,

    I am really new to using a large format printer.

    When I print a blue print file, it prints ok but it will not print to the
    size selected (24"x36"). i tried changing a couple of the settings with
    mixed results. Perhaps some one here can clue me in to what I should be
    doing, setup etc. Not much info from my cad programs manual or help system.
    Apreciate any advice.
