Plots come out too big!!!!!!!!!!

    I am using Acad 2004 on XP and am plotting to an HP Designjet 1050c plus through a network.

    I am having major problems getting the plotter to print out exactly 24" high x 36" wide sheet. I am using a 36" wide roll-feed and I've tried fooling around with the various plotter settings as well as setting up custom sheets but just cannot seem to be able to get it to work.

    Does anyone have any ideas? I've gone through tons of paper and wasted time trying to resolve this issue. My drawing should be plotting out exactly 24"x 36" and my titleblock border is offset 1/2" from the top, right, and bottom sides of the sheet edge and 1-1/2" from the left side of the sheet edge.

    HP has been useless in supporting this problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!
