Plotmanager crash by using win-system-printerdriver

hi,
i want to install the windows-system-printer designjet 1055 as plotter in
the plotmanager in autocad 2000 to print my degree dissertation.
(architecture)

Everytime i choose the (correct installed) DesingJet to set it up as
plotter in the Autocad plotmanager, i get a runtime error and the
plotmanager crash. I have Windows XP home, good, clean, stable system. I
I have tested this also on a different win2000 machine and with different
win-system drivers. Everytime it crash! The drivers are from the hp-site. I
have tested different driver, anytime the plotmanager crash. Only the
integrated heidi-drivers can i use, but there is no DesignJet 1055
heidi-driver.. and i couldn find one in the internet!

What is the problem? I have re-installed Autocad 2000, but same problems..

Please help, it is very important, i wan to plot my degree dissertation and
have only 3 days left to a pre-presentation.
