plot rotation issue in 2004

    Before Dean jumps in......

    Can you print 36" wide from other windows applications? If not, it's likely
    a windows driver problem.

    config, etc., It seems to think my plotter is 24 wide, not 36. It worked
    great before going to 2004. I am on W2k operating system, have tried both

    I mistakenly posted this in the 2004 group. As suggested, I am moving it here.

    Since switching to 2004, I have tried everything to get my plotter, (Encad Novajet Pro) to plot at full width. No matter what I try in page setup, plot config, etc., It seems to think my plotter is 24 wide, not 36. It worked great before going to 2004. I am on W2k operating system, have tried both pc3 and windows driver.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
