Plot Management Problem

    This may be nit picky but....
    I changed computers recently I went from Win95 to XP Professional
    Before, when I sent a dozen plots to the HP 600 I could see which plots were being printed. The file name and layout name were displayed on the plotter's pc window. If I needed to delete a plot in the queue it was easy to do.
    Now, all I see in the queue list is my user name a dozen times. Deleting a specific plot is extremely difficult.
    How can I change that?
