Plot Files to Xerox 8850

    I am working with a blueprint house that uses an Xerox 8850. I'm running
    ADT2004 and have downloaded the print driver from Xerox's website. When I
    create the plot files, it uses the lineweights in the .ctb file set for
    drawing but will not print percentages of gray -- only black. The print
    house has never run into this. Xerox will not provide me with support.
    Anyone ever run into this or have an idea where I can begin to fix something
    like this?

    We have no problems generating .plt files with other drivers. When we send
    the print house .plt files generated from a different driver, they don't see
    any images inserted in the drawing -- i.e. our logo, client logo, maps from
    mapquest.

    Don't use the Xerox driver. Configure for a HP DesignJet 750C. Have a client
    who's been doing this since R14. Works fine.
