Plot drawing in autoCad 2004

    Hi All! I have some autoCad 2002 drawings and now became autoCAD 2004 drawings. When I print it, it just plot a portion of it, not entire drawing? I already tried "extend, limits, window, scale to fit, or by scale.... but the result was the same, It just print out a portion of it, did not print out the whole drawing. Any one has any idea? any suggestions? please advice! thanks.

    How do I find out what drivers I am using? do you know. please give me a direction!
