    Below is what I did:

Modify the acetmain menu adding the following line:
    [Join Polylines]^c^c^p(if (not pljoin)(load "pljoin"));pljoin

This should be added to the Modify section of the acetmain.mnu in the
following location (of course you may want to save a backup somewhere else
    BEFORE you make the changes):

    C:\Program Files\R2004\UserDataCache\Support\

Copy the old pljoin.lsp into the Express directory of Autocad.

Recompile the acetmain.mnu and copy ALL of the acetmain.mn? to someplace else
(zip, diskette?). Using My Computer, copy the newly recompiled acetmain.mn?
to the other two locations below.

    C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Autodesk\
    Autocad 2004\R16.0\enu\Support\

    C:\Program Files\R2004\Express\

Now I have both, but prefer the pljoin from R2000.
