  2. A good tutorial to start with is included with SW2005. Go to Help/Online
Tutorial and have fun! The next method is to download models and study how
    people created them.

  3. A good place to find some fascinating models is Mike Wilson's site:
    http://www.mikejwilson.com/solidworks/solidworks_files.htm

Paul Salvador has a lot of cool models:
    http://www.zxys.com/swparts/

Scott Baugh has more practical models:
    http://www.scottjbaugh.com/

Matt Lombard has some great rules of thumb (more helpful after you have the
    basic stuff down):
    http://www.frontiernet.net/~mlombard/

Ed Eaton and the DiMonte Group have some great tutorials, especially for
    curvy stuff:
    http://www.dimontegroup.com/

Scott, Paul and Matt have links to other sites as well.
