Please Help! Batch Plotting Errors

    Hi, our company is trying to meet a deadline and we are having a hard time getting batch plotting to work correctly.

    ERROR: missing FONT/SHAPE: HELV
    ERROR: missing FONT/SHAPE: CPFRAC
    ERROR: missing FONT/SHAPE: SIMPLEX
    ERROR: missing FONT/SHAPE: SIMPLEX

    These fonts are in the fonts directory and the path is correct. Batch plot can't find them and doesn't complete. Please help.
