    My company recently purchased AutoCAD 2005 and we are having problems plotting. Everything plots out very light. We set up the pen settings, the quality is set to normal. I don't know why the whole sheet plots out light grey. We have a Design Jet 430. Help.

    Check your pc3 settings, and also check the actual plotter configuration.

    To check the plotter config:

    Start-->Settings-->Printers

    Then highlight the desired printer, right click and go to properties. Click
    the Printing Preferences button, go to the options tab, and set the quality
    to Normal or better. Also make sure that the paper type is set to plain.
