I play with photoworks occasionally and get frustrated after a short time of
poor results. I see renderings that look like photographs from others and I
can't get anything close. I would like to figure out how to make a
stainless steel part, with a brushed or satin finish, look good enough for a
website product presentation. Could someone do one or point me to a site
that I could download one and see the settings? Something as simple as a
nail or screw in an isometric view would do it.

    Thanks for any help.

I could do one for you. Where should I send it? A couple of sites to
check ore www.bxhdesigns.com or www.zxys.com The greatest factors are
going to be material quality and quality settings in PW.

Click on the photoworks studio button and set the quality at maximum.
I had the same problem until I messed with the quality settings, it
    won't look stainless otherwise.

  4. I don't use PhotoWorks much, but I think one of the most important factors
in the look of your rendering is your lights. The guys who get good looking
renderings would also get good looking photographs, because they know how to
light the object for the best picture.
