Photo gray settings?

Not sure where this really belongs, so here it is. Anyone know the actual
RGB settings for "photo gray"? We are looking at moving to a photo gray
background in MS so that all our old colors still work, while allowing for
more of a one to one color relationship between MS & PS. I know photo gray
is in the 15%-18% screen range, but I think there is a real definition.

    Thanks,
    Gordon

Depends. My understanding is that middle gray is roughly 13% give or take,
but a Gray Card (as purchased from Kodak or others for photographic
    purposes) is 18%.

BTW, that's percent reflective, and not screen.

Hmm. I wonder how screen & reflectivity relate. Then again, maybe there is a
color book with photo gray. I will have to go look for that.

    Thanks,
