Phone support for getting license files

    Anyone know if there is a way to contact a person at Autodesk directly to
    get a licence file? We are on subscription, have not yet rolled out R2004,
    and need to move FlexLM to a new server in preperation for rolling out R2004
    in a few months. When I go do the web based stuff, I get errors, and I have
    no idea if my e:mailed request will be addressed today or not, nor whether
    they will notice that I need an ADT 3.3 licence, not 2004. I want to get
    this up and running tonight (I have no life tonight, so why not burn it at
    the office) and I would prefer to just spend 10 minutes on the phone with
    someone and get it dealt with.
    Crossed fingers someone has a phone # handy.

    I'm not product support but.... try Customer Service at
    800-538-6401. They should know a better phone number for you if
    it exists.
