Persistent reactors

In my job, we have to insert drawings from other sources. There is a
problem with persistent reactors. There are line segments that have
these in the drawings we recieve. When they are present, we cannot
take the data we need into our drawings (using cut/paste, wblock,
etc). If I can track down the offending line segments (using the
Express tool "Drawing Database Viewer") and erase them and redraw
them, all works just fine. I have tried the vl-reactor and
vl-remove-all Autolisp commands, but they don't seem to have any
effect. Does anyone know of a way to either efficently locate the
reactors, or better yet, just eradicate them in mass? Thanks, Joe

OK, I figured it out. I have been trying to use "copy" from the
right-click menu. That is actually "copyclip". I used "copy selection"
    which is actually
"copy" and made a copy of the items containing persistent reactors,
then copy-clip'ed them into my drawing. The reactors are removed and
    all is well!
