pen setting problem

    I just upgraded my plotter from 650c to 1050c. all my pen setting were much
    darker on this printer so i took it down a notch. but one problem still
    remains. My lightest color won't lightenen up. I tried to start a whole
    new ctb file from scratch but no use. I even tried all the way down to
    0.0001". i've tried to set different colors to .0001", .0009", .0018" but
    those three different penweights have no difference whatsoever. what can be
    going on? I'm definitely frustrated! Any help would be greatly
    appreciated!

    Try changing the screen percentage for that color.

    i didn't want to change the screening. only wanted to work with
    lineweight....
