PDMWorks Vault add-in for SolidWorks question

    Hi, I'm having an issue where if i am browsing a PDM within SolidWorks
    2007 using the built-in client, for the preview I see an image of a
    magnifying glass whereas I should be seeing a preview of the part/
    assembly. But if I use SolidWorks explorer to view parts/assemblies
    in the PDM, it gives me a working preview. Anyone know what's wrong?
