PDM white papers

Hi,

I have to implement SolidWorks in a team of 9 designers. I am looking
for some reading to do on managing a pdm server or anything that revolves
around that subject. Any white papers, web sites that you would suggest?

Don't implement it until you have played with it for some time.
There are lots of white papers on PDMworks, on the solidworks web site.
The important thing is to know "what and why", in regard to the vault
settings.
Like Solidworks, what you think and what it actually does, sometimes have
little resemblance!
Have you done the PDMworks training? If not, I would thoroughly recommend
it, otherwise you will waste a lot of time.
