PDF Plotting issue with scale

    I have an 8.5x11 title block that I have printed to our laser printer. I
    have then created two PDFs, one using CutePDF, and one using Distiller,
    printing from Acad to PDF. I then printed both of the PDFs to the same
    printer that I went direct to from AutoCAD. All 3 plots are 1:1 from the
    layout, and both PDFs are printed at 100%.
    However, both the PDFs result in an image that is scaled down, by different
    amounts! This makes PDF e:mails of changes that are to be cut out and taped
    to the plans in the field a real problem.
    Anyone seen this and have an idea how to fix it?

    Well, I tried this in R2005, and it works fine. Seems this is an AutoCAD
    R2002 issue, not a CutePDF issue.
