I have two computers one with XP other with W2K running on network license of AC2002. I am plotting exactly the same drawing with the same settings to Acrobat 6.0.2. Same acrobat.pc3 printer. Both generate the pdf file. I am plotting a tabloid (11x17). The output are different. It appears the offset is not handled the same. The image is shifted to the right off the page. The preview in AutoCAD shows them different. The only difference that I see is that the effective plotting areas are different. The xp is 10.65x 16.50 while the W2k is 10.50 x 16.65. The Printable area in the plot settings dialog is 16.75 x 10.75 for both. The offset for both is x .10 y .25, not centered, landscape, plot upside down. Is it AutoCAD, the operating system, or Acrobat? It appears that somehow the effective plotting area is not being properly calculated. Any suggestions how to make them work the same?
